Linda Trinh Memorial
The study room at our Lavang Boarding House is dedicated to Linda Trinh, a former student at Johns Hopkins University was murdered on January 22, 2005. Linda's vision to become a medical researcher in hope of finding a cure for cancer and HIV/AIDS patients in Vietnam and worldwide will continue to be a source of inspiration and motivation for our students in their academic endeavors.
On the wall of the study room at the boarding house especially designed for Linda's memorial, Linda's picture and the words "The Linda Phi Quyen Trinh Memorial Study Hall" with Linda's date of birth and Linda's date of eternal rest stand as a reminder to our students of their opportunities to dream for a better future and to work hard to accomplish that dream!
